Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Time

We ship to all 50 US states. Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, standard delivery takes between 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum order required. No hidden fees at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order please contact our support team and we will look into it right away.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation email please reach out to us at  lifebuckle@outlook.com . We will investigate with the carrier and make it right. We do not leave our customers without a resolution.


Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. LifeBuckle is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
